We are looking to engage a well-qualified and experienced Advocate practicing in Delhi Courts, with strong skills in drafting to make Writ Petition, W.S, Application, suit etc. and oral arguments.

Areas of Practice:

• Civil litigation, including commercial and property disputes

• Criminal matters

• NCLT (Company Law) cases

• Other related litigation as may arise

The Advocate should have extensive experience in Delhi District Courts, High Court, and Tribunals, with proven expertise in handling contested matters and providing strategic legal advice.

• It is a Full Time Legal job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
