Key Responsibilities
Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, DRTs, tribunals, and other legal forums.
Handle civil, criminal, banking, family, consumer, and corporate litigation matters.
Draft and review petitions, pleadings, affidavits, notices, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research, case analysis, and prepare case strategies.
Attend court hearings and manage case proceedings independently.
Coordinate with clients, provide legal advice, and keep them informed about case progress.
Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
Eligibility Requirements
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
Enrollment with the Bar Council.
Typically 0–6 years of experience (depending on the specific opening).
Strong drafting, communication, legal research, and advocacy skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in DRT matters.
Exposure to civil, criminal, family, or corporate law.
Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with court procedures and e-courts systems.
