Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and company policies

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: LLB / LLM
Experience: 5–10 years experience in Civil & Criminal matters
Strong understanding of legal terms and court procedures
Good communication and drafting skills
Attention to detail and documentation knowledge
Ability to handle multiple legal matters independently
