Advocate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to manage legal matters related to our business operations, compliance, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, business strategies, and regulatory issues

• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate restructuring matters

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, etc.)

• Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external legal counsel

• Manage company secretarial work such as board meetings, resolutions, and statutory filings

• Handle legal issues related to intellectual property, employment law, and taxation (as applicable)

• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws affecting the company’s operations

• Support in risk assessment and mitigation strategies from a legal perspective

• It is a Full Time Legal job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
