Real Estate Law & Regulatory Compliance (RERA, Registration Act, Stamp Act)

Draft, review, Sale Deeds, MOU, MOD Construction Agreements

Managing property documentation, approvals, and registrations independently.

Handled complete property registration process including documentation and coordination with Sub-Registrar Offices.

End-to-End Registration & Token Fixation Management

Encumbrance Certificate (EC) , PATTA/CHITTA Verification & Handling

Ensure compliance with RERA, Registration Act, Stamp Act, and applicable land laws.

Candidates with atleast 1years experiance in real estate/ Property Development / Constuructin Domain will be preferable
