Key Roles & Responsibilities
Draft, review, and vet legal documents including Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Lease Agreements, Gift Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, and Development Agreements.
Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land and property transactions.
Verify ownership records, encumbrances, and property-related documents.
Provide legal opinions on land titles, ownership disputes, and property acquisition.
Handle registration of sale deeds, conveyance deeds, and other property documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable real estate, land, and revenue laws.
Represent clients before courts, tribunals, revenue authorities, and government departments in property-related matters.
Handle land acquisition, mutation, conversion, partition, inheritance, and succession matters.
Assist in obtaining approvals, permissions, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from relevant authorities.
Manage litigation related to land disputes, property possession, boundary issues, easements, and encroachments.
Advise clients on lease, tenancy, redevelopment, and joint development agreements.
Coordinate with developers, architects, surveyors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
Conduct legal risk assessments before property purchases and investments.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal documentation.
Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, land revenue regulations, and judicial precedents.
