1. Team working and co ordination with fellow workers for lifting of heavy material during loading and loading

2. Presence of mind while working as very heavy components are lifted during loading and unloading.

3. Careful application of the belts tools and tackle for lifting of the heavy material

4. Approaching stores for the material required for packing and giving a requirement to stores to department

5. Collecting the material required for packing the wheelsets or heavy materials

6. Application of the Anti-rust prevention oil to components which are machined and stored for the stocking

7. Application of the Anti-rust oil for the wheelsets for packing

8. Using suitable specific tools and tackles for lifting the specific material

9. Co ordinating with cranes operator and Vehicle operators during loading and unloading the material.

10. Usage of the suitable PPE at different locations to work safely.

11. Co ordinating with Supervisors and store in charge for the material to be packed

12. Noting down the material sent and material received in the factory.

1.3. Disciplined and Obedient in the shop floor.
