Job Opening – Grinder Operator & Spray Painter

Location: Chennai Railway Workshop

We are hiring dedicated and experienced candidates for railway workshop maintenance work in Chennai.

Positions

Grinder Operator
Spray Painter

Job Responsibilities

Remove rust, corrosion, and old paint from railway coaches and components using an angle grinder.
Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning and grinding.
Apply primer and spray paint as per quality standards and work instructions.
Operate grinding and spray painting equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper handling of tools and materials.

Eligibility

Experience in grinding, rust removal, or spray painting is preferred.
Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
Ability to speak and understand Hindi is mandatory.
Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Experience in railway, heavy engineering, or industrial projects will be an added advantage.
