Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Yogashri Heavy Engineering Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic ARC/TIG/MIG welding operations as per work instructions

• Prepare and clean metal components before welding.

• Assist in fitting, alignment and positioning of components.

• Follow welding drawings, instructions and specifications.

• Assist in grinding, cutting, and finishing activities when required.

• Handle welding machines, tools and equipment safely.

• Follow PPE and workplace safety procedures at all times.

• Meet assigned production and quality requirements.

• Learn and Improve welding techniques under supervision.

Job Requirements:

No specific educational qualification or previous experience is required. Age requirements are 18 years and above. The role requires physical labour. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
