Key Responsibilities:

Solar panel installation ke time technicians ko assist karna
Tools, materials & panels handle karna safely
Wiring, mounting structures & basic setup mein help
Site clean-up & safety rules follow karna
Daily tasks supervisor ke instructions ke according complete karna

10th pass ya basic education chalega
Field work ke liye physically fit
Solar experience ho toh bonus points, warna training milegi
