Warden

We are looking for a Warden to join our team at Sevalaya to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sevalaya is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and caring Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations, safety, and well-being of hostel residents. The role requires strong responsibility in maintaining a secure, well-organized, and supportive residential environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Ensure overall discipline, safety, and smooth functioning of the hostel

Supervise daily routines, attendance, and in/out movement of residents

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, food service, and maintenance activities

Maintain registers, visitor logs, incident records, and daily reports

Coordinate with management, caretakers, cooks, housekeeping, and security staff

Eligibility :

Minimum Graduate in any discipline

Experience as a Hostel Warden, Caretaker, Supervisor, or Residential In-charge preferred

Retired defence personnel, police, teachers, or social welfare staff may also apply

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
