Coordinate with management regarding hostel operations.

Maintain discipline and proper behavior among hostel residents.
Address student complaints and resolve issues.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.
3. Safety & Security
Ensure hostel security and safety measures are properly implemented.
Monitor entry and exit of students and visitors.
Handle emergencies and report incidents to management.
4. Facility & Maintenance Management
Check cleanliness of rooms, washrooms, dining area, and common spaces.
Coordinate with maintenance staff for repair of electricity, water, furniture, etc.
Ensure facilities like drinking water, electricity, and sanitation are available.
5. Food & Mess Management
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and mess operations.
Ensure meals are provided according to the approved menu.
Address complaints related to food.
6. Attendance & Monitoring
Maintain daily attendance of hostel students.
Ensure students follow hostel timings and curfew rules.
Report absenteeism or irregular behavior.
7. Coordination & Reporting
Submit regular reports to the Center Manager / Management.
Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management regarding student issues.
8. Health & Hygiene
Ensure students maintain personal hygiene and hostel cleanliness.
Arrange medical help if any student becomes sick.
