Job Description:
Responsible and mature female required to manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of approximately 120 residents at the Ashram. Duties include maintaining discipline, cleanliness, safety, food arrangements, staff coordination, resident care, and handling daily requirements and emergencies.
Requirements:
Female candidate, preferably 40+ years
Mature, caring, responsible and trustworthy
Good communication and people-management skills
Previous experience as Warden/Matron/Hostel or Ashram In-charge preferred
Ability to manage a large group of people with patience and discipline
