Overall administration and supervision of the hostel, ensuring discipline and smooth functioning.
Ensuring the safety, security, and welfare of students residing in the hostel.
Maintaining discipline and enforcing hostel rules and regulations.
Monitoring attendance, entry/exit records, and maintaining hostel registers.
Addressing student grievances related to accommodation, food, hygiene, or discipline.
Supervising housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance of hostel premises.
Coordinating with security staff, mess staff, and housekeeping personnel.
Ensuring proper functioning of mess services and hygiene standards.
Reporting incidents of indiscipline or emergencies to the concerned authorities.
Assisting during emergencies, health issues, or unforeseen situations involving students.
Participating in institutional meetings and carrying out duties assigned by the administration.
