Warden

Job Summary:

The Hostel Warden is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring discipline, safety, and a comfortable living environment for residents. The role involves supervision, administration, and addressing student/resident concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall hostel operations and maintenance

• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules

• Maintain records of residents

• Handle resident complaints and resolve issues promptly

• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and kitchen staff

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas

• Enforce curfew and visitor policies

• Ensure proper functioning of facilities

• Manage emergency situations effectively

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any degree

  • Experience in hostel management or similar role

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations

  • Basic administrative and record-keeping skills

      Working Conditions:
