Helper Warden

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Management: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and maintain daily attendance/occupancy registers.

• Discipline & Rules: Ensure residents follow hostel guidelines, timings, and code of conduct.

• Safety & Security: Oversee overall premises security, monitor visitors, and manage security staff.

• Maintenance Coordination: Address maintenance complaints (electricity, plumbing, cleaning) promptly with the support staff.

• Grievance Handling: Listen to resident concerns and resolve day-to-day issues amicably.

Salary & Benefits

• In-Hand Salary: ₹12,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹6,000 per month

• Perks: Free Accommodation and 3 Times Meals provided at the property

Requirements & Candidate Profile

• Experience: Prior experience as a hostel warden, supervisor, or security/facility manager is preferred (freshers with good leadership skills can also apply).

• Qualities: Strong communication skills, strict yet polite behavior, problem-solving mindset, and high integrity.

• Languages Known: Hindi, English, and local language.

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
