Job Description

We are looking for a Tailor to join our team at Shubham. Your responsibility will be assisting Operate and care for Garments construction equipment and machines and following all health and safety regulations at workshop A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9000 - ₹14000.

- Production Support: Assisting tailors and operators with cutting, stitching, and assembly of garments.
- Finishing & Quality Control: Trimming threads, checking for defects, ironing, and tagging products.
- Warehouse Assistance: Loading, unloading, folding, and packing finished garments.
Operate and care for Garments construction equipment and machines.
Help, clothing and other skilled labor when necessary.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
