Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Sweeper to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our factory premises. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and healthy working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep and clean factory floors, production areas, corridors, and common areas
Collect and dispose of waste and garbage properly
Clean washrooms, sinks, and other sanitation areas
Dust and clean doors, windows, machines (external surfaces), and furniture
Maintain cleanliness in storage and loading areas
Refill cleaning supplies such as soap and disinfectants
Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of cleaning work
Physically fit and able to work on feet for long hours
Honest, punctual, and disciplined
Ability to follow instructions
Prior experience as a sweeper or cleaner is an advantage
