Sweeper

We are looking for a Sweeper to join our team at New India Campus Benquet. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 13,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Toiletries & Inventory Control
• Monitor, audit, and restock restroom essentials daily, including toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, and feminine hygiene products.
• A high standard of cleanliness and the ability to spot and rectify minor maintenance issues (e.g., a leaking toilet or broken dispenser).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularly throughout an 8-hour shift
• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Load/unload construction materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
