Plan and supervise daily work activities according to approved schedules.
Allocate manpower and work responsibilities to achieve daily targets.
Explain work instructions, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements to workers.
Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and work progress.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, machines, and equipment.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, Stores, and other concerned departments.
Inspect work regularly and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
Identify delays, defects, shortages, and operational problems and take corrective action.
Maintain daily production/work records and submit required reports.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and proper workplace practices.
Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly and maintained properly.
Train and guide workers on work methods, quality, and safety requirements.
Escalate major technical, quality, manpower, or safety issues to management.
Ensure assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timeline.
