Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at site.

• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure timely completion as per drawings and instructions.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage effectively.

• Ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain discipline and productivity among workers.

• Report progress, issues, and requirements to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

• Assist in training workers on correct methods and safe work practices.

• Maintain attendance and work records of workers.

• Resolve minor site-level issues and escalate major concerns to higher management.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working environment at site.
