Supervisor

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities on site.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.

Resolve issues or delays that may affect the schedule or budget.

Maintain quality control and ensure standards are met.

Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Assist with site documentation, inspections, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to project sites as required.
