Store Helper

Job Profile

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Store Helper to manage and support daily activities in our solar material store. The candidate will assist in receiving, arranging, checking, issuing, and maintaining records of solar materials and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

Receive and unload solar materials from suppliers.

Check the quantity and condition of received materials.

Arrange and maintain materials properly in the store.

Assist in issuing materials for solar installation sites.

Prepare material according to site requirements.

Maintain stock records and inform the store manager about low stock.

Assist in physical stock checking and stock audits.

Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.

Handle loading and unloading of solar panels, structures, inverters, cables, and other materials.

Check incoming and outgoing materials with challans/invoices.

Coordinate with the purchase team, site engineers, and installation team.

Ensure proper handling of valuable and fragile solar equipment.

Perform other store-related work assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

Education: 10th / 12th Pass preferred

Basic knowledge of stock and store management.

Basic reading and writing skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel is an advantage.

Physically fit for loading, unloading, and handling materials.

Honest, responsible, and punctual.

Experience in a solar, electrical, hardware, or construction store will be preferred.
