Job Description

Daily store opening और closing में मदद करना
Store की cleanliness, arrangement और hygiene maintain करना
Shelves, racks और display को properly manage करना

Handicrafts, home décor और gift items को safely handle करना
New stock receive करना और products को category-wise arrange करना
Product packing (local & courier orders के लिए)
Fragile items (brass, decor items) को extra care के साथ संभालना

Walk-in customers को politely greet करना
Products दिखाने में sales staff / owner की help करना
Customer queries के basic answers देना (price, material, usage)
Good behavior और positive attitude maintain करना

Stock counting में help करना
Low stock या damaged items की information owner को देना
Price tags और labels सही रखना

Billing counter पर basic assistance (as instructed)
Courier packing, address labeling और dispatch preparation में help
Domestic / international shipment preparation में support

Owner / manager द्वारा दिए गए daily tasks को responsibly पूरा करना
Festival season या rush hours में extra support देना
Store rules और discipline follow करना
