Job Description

  • Daily store opening और closing में मदद करना

  • Store की cleanliness, arrangement और hygiene maintain करना

  • Shelves, racks और display को properly manage करना

  • Handicrafts, home décor और gift items को safely handle करना

  • New stock receive करना और products को category-wise arrange करना

  • Product packing (local & courier orders के लिए)

  • Fragile items (brass, decor items) को extra care के साथ संभालना

  • Walk-in customers को politely greet करना

  • Products दिखाने में sales staff / owner की help करना

  • Customer queries के basic answers देना (price, material, usage)

  • Good behavior और positive attitude maintain करना

  • Stock counting में help करना

  • Low stock या damaged items की information owner को देना

  • Price tags और labels सही रखना

  • Billing counter पर basic assistance (as instructed)

  • Courier packing, address labeling और dispatch preparation में help

  • Domestic / international shipment preparation में support
