• Education: B.Com or Any Degree

• Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally (mandatory)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Basic understanding of store and inventory operations

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Position Overview:

The Stores Executive / Assistant will support day-to-day store activities including material receipt, issue, stock maintenance, and coordination with production and purchase teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in inventory and stores management within a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in receiving, checking, and issuing materials

2. Maintain accurate stock records in Tally

3. Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials

4. Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material movement

5. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock

6. Prepare daily stock reports and assist in monthly stock audits

7. Maintain documentation and filing of store-related records

8. Support physical stock verification activities

9. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the stores

10. Follow company quality, safety, and compliance guidelines
