Handling sites of ongoing projects.

Site survey & survey report.

Looking for manpower for hiring, possible source of hiring.

Running multiple sites at a time. Projects & Maintenances

Fire Hydrant/ Sprinkler system. Installation, testing and maintain the fire protection equipment and systems such as extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, FAS.

Attending Break down Calls & Planned Periodic Maintenance

Coordinating with client for work permit to carry out the BDC OR PPM

Preparing the Service Reports for the BDC as well as PPM.

Knowledge of Fire Hydrant Pumps / Motors / Sprinklers System / Diesel Engine

Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word & Excel)

Good Communication Skill in English writing emails / service report and speaking to clients Checking and preparation of Shop Drawings of Fire System as per NFPA standards.

Coordination at Site with other systems.

Installation of Fire Fighting system as per approved drawings.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.

Preparation of As - Built Drawings.
