Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Quality Control Supervisor

Company: Queens Bay International
Location: GT Road, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 Gross per Month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Company

Queens Bay International manufactures and exports paper products, pre-rolled cones, rolling papers, filters, and packaging products for international customers.

Job Responsibilities

Inspect pre-rolled cones and other paper products for folding, gum application, shape, diameter, and finishing defects.
Check product quality during production and ensure products meet the required specifications.
Measure and verify cone diameter using appropriate manual checking methods and tools.
Monitor total production, first-quality pieces, rejected pieces, and wastage.
Maintain daily quality records and prepare reports on production output, rejection, and wastage percentages.
Identify defective products and ensure rejected pieces are separated from approved products.
Manage and supervise a team of 50–100 employees, ensuring proper work allocation and adherence to quality standards.
Guide and train QC team members on inspection methods, defect identification, and quality procedures.
Monitor team performance and ensure quality checks are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the Production Team to resolve quality-related issues and reduce rejection and wastage.
Ensure employees follow company procedures, maintain discipline, and meet daily quality inspection requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Inspection.
Candidates from the paper printing, paper products, and packaging industry will be preferred.
Good practical knowledge of pre-rolled cone manufacturing and quality inspection.
Ability to check folding, gum application, diameter, finishing, and product defects.
Basic knowledge of production reporting, rejection, and wastage calculations.
Good team management and communication skills, with the ability to supervise 50–
