Property Supervisor

Job Purpose:
To supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensure work is executed as per drawings and quality standards, manage labour and contractors, and maintain safety, timelines, and discipline on site

Job Responsibilities – Construction Site Supervisor

1. Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and work schedule.

2. Coordinate and manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors at site.

3. Ensure quality of work in civil, finishing, and MEP activities.

4. Check levels, alignment, measurements, and workmanship regularly.

5. Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

6. Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.

7. Ensure site safety rules and PPE compliance.

8. Communicate site progress and issues to engineers and management.

9. Resolve on-site technical or labour issues promptly.

10. Ensure work completion within planned timelines.
    
    

Eligibility / Qualifications

1. Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred).

2. Minimum 1–5 years of construction site supervision experience.

3. Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

4. Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.

5. Knowledge of safety standards and site discipline.

6. Good communication and team-handling skills.
