He is responsible for all kind of Interior decoration, false ceiling, and flooring, accessories, and fittings works partially or wholly

He is responsible for Plumbing works.

He is responsible for all kind of Lime washing, paining and varnishing

Coordination with Company Electrician and A/C Technician

Ensure that all the works are done as per drawing and designing of company standard

Coordination with Accounts department for timely vendor payment and on time suspense account clearance

Maintaining Stock Registers

Attending Day to day breakdowns

KRAs: 1) Turn Around Time (TAT) for every compliant

 2) Maintenance Costing

 3) Work Quality

 4) New Project Completion

 5) Preventive Maintenance
