Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise the packing team and daily packing operations.
Ensure products are packed according to quality and customer specifications.
Monitor packing materials and maintain inventory.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to meet delivery schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packing area.
Prepare daily packing reports and ensure proper documentation.
Train and guide packing staff to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience as a Packing Incharge, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
Good knowledge of packing standards, carton planning, and shipment procedures.
Leadership and team management skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel and ERP preferred).
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
