Packing – Packing the all Products in Good Condition.
Inward Receipt – To receive materials from factory and store properly.
Despatches – Invoiced materials should be supplied on the same day.
4. Invoice & Delivery Challan - Materials should be delivered with Invoice
-cum-delivery challan only. No manual challan will be prepared.
5. Dealer’s acknowledgement -Store keeper to ensure that cartman gets the
dealer’s signature and stamp on the invoice copy as a token of receipt of
stock.
6. Godown maintenance - Godown should be kept clean.
7. Storage - Water heaters & Spares should be stored systematically to
get maximum storage space.
8. Registers - Incoming and outgoing register should be maintained properly.
