Job Description: E-Commerce Packing & Operations Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Packing & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order fulfillment and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing customer orders, coordinating with Flipkart and Amazon pickup teams, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth operations in our e-commerce workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Coordinate with Flipkart, Amazon, and other courier pickup teams for timely handovers.

• Maintain stock levels by managing inward and outward inventory.

• Keep detailed records of finished goods, packaging material usage, and daily order dispatches.

• Ensure proper labeling, packaging quality, and timely dispatch of all orders.

• Assist in organizing the warehouse and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

• Report inventory shortages and operational issues to the management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, warehousing, or packing is preferred.

• Basic computer skills for updating inventory and order status.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Physically fit and capable of handling packing tasks.
  

Work Location: Sanjay Nagar Ghaziabad.
