Job SummaryThe Packing Boy is responsible for efficiently packing finished products, materials, or goods for shipment or storage. The role ensures that all items are properly packed, labeled, and handled to maintain quality and prevent damage during transportation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically active, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPack products according to company standards and customer requirements.Check items for quality, quantity, and proper labeling before packing.Use appropriate packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.) to ensure safe handling.Seal and label packages correctly for shipment or storage.Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.Follow safety and hygiene guidelines during packing operations.Support other warehouse or production tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Report damaged products or packing material shortages to the supervisor.QualificationsMinimum education: 8th / 10th pass or equivalent.Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics preferred (training can be provided).Physically fit and able to lift or move packages as needed.Basic understanding of counting, labeling, and handling materials.Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime when required.BenefitsCompetitive salary and overtime payMeal and transport allowance (if applicable)Paid leave and holidaysOpportunities for skill development and advancement
