स्विच सॉकेट पैकिंग जॉब में, आपको इलेक्ट्रिक स्विच और सॉकेट को सही तरीके से गिनना, क्वालिटी चेक करना, बॉक्स या पाउच में पैक करना और लेबल लगाकर शिपिंग के लिए तैयार करना होता है; इसके लिए ध्यान, सटीकता और गति की ज़रूरत होती है, जो अक्सर प्रोडक्शन लाइन पर होता है. उत्पाद की पहचान और जांच (Product Identification & Inspection): आने वाले स्विच और सॉकेट की गुणवत्ता (Quality) और क्षति (Damage) के लिए जांच करना, सुनिश्चित करना कि वे सही मॉडल और स्पेसिफिकेशन के हैं.पैकिंग (Packing):प्रत्येक स्विच/सॉकेट को प्लास्टिक रैप या फोम से सुरक्षित करना.सही संख्या में यूनिट्स (जैसे, 10 या 20) को ब्रांडेड बॉक्स या पाउच में पैक करना.बॉक्स को सील करना (Tape लगाना) और उस पर सही लेबल (Product Code, Quantity, Batch Number) लगाना.गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण (Quality Control): यह सुनिश्चित करना कि सभी पैक किए गए उत्पाद कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार हों और उनमें कोई खराबी न हो.मशीन ऑपरेशन (Machine Operation): यदि आवश्यक हो, तो पैकिंग मशीन (जैसे, ऑटोमेटिक या सेमी-ऑटोमेटिक मशीन) को ऑपरेट करना और उसे सही तरीके से सेट करना.स्टॉक प्रबंधन (Inventory Management): पैक किए गए उत्पादों को निर्धारित स्थान पर रखना और कच्चे माल (खाली बॉक्स, रैपिंग मटेरियल) का स्टॉक बनाए रखना.सफाई और रखरखाव (Cleaning & Maintenance): अपने कार्य क्षेत्र (Workstation) को साफ-सुथरा रखना और मशीनरी की सामान्य सफाई करना. आवश्यक योग्यता और कौशल (Required Qualifications & Skills):शिक्षा (Education): 8वीं या 10वीं पास (आमतौर पर).अनुभव (Experience): पैकिंग या मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में अनुभव (फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं).कौशल (Skills):अच्छा हाथ-आंख समन्वय (Hand-eye coordination).बारीकियों पर ध्यान देना (Attention to detail).तेजी से काम करने की क्षमता (Ability to work fast).टीम में काम करने की क्षमता (Teamwork).
