We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packaging Staff member to handle product packing, labeling, checking, and dispatch preparation. The candidate will ensure that products are packed safely, accurately, and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pack skincare, cosmetic, hair-care, and other products as per company guidelines.
Check product quantity, batch number, expiry date, and packaging condition.
Perform proper labeling, sealing, and final packing of products.
Ensure products are packed safely to avoid damage or leakage during transportation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packaging area.
Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, and Dispatch teams for daily requirements.
Maintain accurate packing and stock-related records.
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
Report damaged, defective, or mismatched products to the supervisor.
Complete daily packaging targets within the assigned timeline.
Support inventory counting and other operational activities when required.
