Job Summary
We are looking for a QC Executive to inspect refurbished mobile phones and gadgets, check their functionality, identify defects, and ensure that products meet the company's quality standards before packing and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect mobile phones and gadgets for physical damage, scratches, and defects.
Perform functional testing of mobile phones, including display, touch, camera, speaker, microphone, charging, buttons, battery, and connectivity.
Check IMEI, model details, and other product information.
Perform quality checks according to the company's QC checklist and parameters.
Identify defective products and report issues to the concerned team leader.
Update QC status and maintain accurate records in Excel or company systems.
Coordinate with the Technical Repair and Packing teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure that only quality-approved products are forwarded for packing and dispatch.
Follow company procedures and daily productivity targets.
Eligibility & Skills
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
Freshers can apply; experience in mobile QC or mobile repairing will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and their functions.
Attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
