Packing Staff

Core Duties

Order Fulfillment:

Pulling, picking, and gathering specific products from inventory for customer orders.

Inspection:

Carefully examining items and containers for any defects, damage, or discrepancies before packing.

Packaging:

Securely wrapping, boxing, and preparing products according to company guidelines and customer order specifications.

Labeling:

Correctly affixing labels with shipping details, product information, and any special handling instructions to packages.

Weighing & Sealing:

Accurately weighing finished packages and properly sealing them for shipment.

Documentation:

Completing and maintaining accurate records of shipments, including order forms, packing lists, and inventory logs.

Equipment and Safety

Machine Operation:

Safely and efficiently operating equipment such as packing machines, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.
