About the Role -

We are hiring a Packing Executive to support our daily food packing and warehouse operations. This role involves packing, labeling, inventory handling, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards. Full training on processes and equipment will be provided.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role best suited for reliable individuals who take pride in doing accurate, hygienic work.

Job Details -

• Location -  Ashok Nagar, Central Bangalore (Work from office)

• Total Compensation - Rs. 2,40,000 per annum

• Take-home salary breakup - ₹18,750/month (₹18,000 fixed + ₹750 variable) + ₹15,000 fixed annual bonus.

• Working Days - 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm; Saturday: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm half day)

Job Responsibilities -

• Pack and label our coffee products as per our SOP and quality standards.

• Ensure accuracy in bulk order packing and labeling.

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the packing area.

• Managing proper storage, dispatch, and receiving of stocks at the warehouse.

• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts.
  

Requirements -

• This role is open to Freshers. Minimum education: 10th pass.

• Male candidates only.

• Prior experience in food packing, inventory, or warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.

• Physically fit for packing and warehouse tasks.

• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Must be based in Bangalore.

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
