Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Staff to handle the accurate and hygienic packaging of food orders in our cloud kitchen. Your role is critical in ensuring that each order is packed neatly, completely, and delivered in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack food items accurately as per the kitchen order ticket (KOT).

• Ensure correct items, portion size, and packaging material are used.

• Label each order clearly with order number, customer details, and contents.

• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff for timely dispatch.

• Check for order completeness and packaging quality before handing over.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.

• Refill and manage packing material inventory.

• Handle multiple orders during peak hours without errors.

• Follow food safety and handling guidelines strictly.
