Ensure that no damaged/burnt/underweight/overweight/foreign material/rejects/etc. product are packed. ▪ Ensure that only good quality products are packed. ▪ Ensure that the normal packing is done to the required weight of different sizes. ▪ Ensure that all rejects are put aside and are correctly labeled. ▪ Ensure no drop off products are packed in the packets or the tote bins. ▪ Ensure that the area is always neat and tidy to the best of hygiene standards. ▪ Be on constant alert for machine problems or human error. ▪ Always wear the proper company uniform while in the production line (overalls, safety shoes and hair nets). ▪ Embrace the Company Objectives and practice it in all aspects of work while performing tasks or when interacting with people internally and/or externally. ▪ Actively work on waste reduction of any form (e.g., production, process, time, electricity, water, paper, ink, fuel, purchasing of items, using of items, downtime, etc.). ▪ Comply with all company policies and procedures including Occupational Health and Safety. ▪ Support and promote the highest standards of Hygiene at FMF Group. ▪ Carry out other tasks or duties that may reasonably be required from time to time.
