Packing Staff

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Packing Staff member to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are handled with care, packed securely, and prepared for dispatch according to company standards. A strong work ethic, physical stamina, and attention to detail are essential to maintain our delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing & Sorting: Efficiently pack finished goods into containers, boxes, or crates using appropriate padding and fillers to prevent damage.

• Quality Checks: Inspect items before packing to ensure they meet quality standards and match the order specifications.

• Site Preparation: Maintain a clean and organized workstation by removing hazards, debris, and packing waste.

• Loading & Unloading: Assist in moving raw materials or finished stock between storage areas and delivery vehicles.

• Team Support: Assist supervisors, loaders, and inventory clerks with daily tasks and inventory counts.

• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.

Job Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Physical Fitness: Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various warehouse temperatures.

• Soft Skills: High level of dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
