Helper Packing Staff

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Packing & Inventory Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing parcels accurately, organizing warehouse stock, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring products are stored and handled properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare parcels for dispatch accurately and efficiently.

• Check products and quantities before packing to ensure orders are correct.

• Label, sort, and organize parcels for shipment.

• Receive, unload, and arrange incoming stock in the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

• Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, or missing items.

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory checks.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

• Ensure products are stored in the correct locations.

• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.

• Update stock records and paperwork as needed.

• Follow company procedures for packing, storage, and dispatch.

• Perform other general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, packing, or inventory experience is preferred but not essential.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic record-keeping and organizational skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift and move packages when required.

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
