Packing Staff

• Order Fulfillment: Picking, sorting, checking, and packing items into shipping containers.

• Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and verifying the accuracy of orders.

• Packaging:

  Sealing boxes, applying protective materials (padding, glue), and labeling packages with shipping information

  .

• Inventory & Documentation: Recording shipment details, managing inventory, and updating logs.

• Safety & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean workspace and following company safety guidelines.

• Equipment Operation: Using hand tools, scanners, dollies, and pallet wrappers.

Key Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED is often preferred but not always required.

• Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or packing is beneficial.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic literacy/numeracy, and good communication skills.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy items, and move, pack, or sort items.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime.
