Job Description – Live Counter Executive (Restaurant / Dining)
Position: Live Counter Executive
Department: Operations / F&B Service
Location: Restaurant / Dining Outlet
Experience: 1–3 Years in Restaurant, Hotel, Café, or QSR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food items at the live counter as per company standards.
Interact with guests professionally and take customized food requests.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the live cooking station.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen for replenishment.
Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cooking equipment.
Support the kitchen and service team during peak hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th / PUC / Diploma qualification.
1–3 years of experience in live counter operations, restaurants, hotels, cafés, or QSRs.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in dosa, chaat, pasta, grill, sandwich, or beverage live counters.
Basic English communication.
Customer-focused approach with good presentation skills.
