Packing Staff

We are looking for female staff for our Agarbatti (Incense Stick) manufacturing unit. The work includes agarbatti rolling, incense stick preparation, sorting, and packaging. Training will be provided for all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Rolling incense sticks (Agarbatti making)

• Counting, sorting, and arranging finished sticks

• Packaging agarbatti bundles/boxes

• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area

• Meeting daily production targets

• Supporting basic factory/production tasks as required

Requirements

• Only female candidates

• Should be comfortable with manual/handwork tasks

• No experience required (training provided)

• Ability to sit and work for goodhours

• Punctual and responsible

Work Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Salary: ₹10,000 per month + bus/train travel charges

• Additional Commission: Earn extra on completing additional work
