Packing Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Packing Staff to join our warehouse team for Flipkart / Amazon order processing. The candidate will be responsible for packing products safely, labeling parcels, and preparing orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order list

• Pack items securely to avoid damage during shipping

• Label packages correctly with shipping details

• Verify product quantity and quality before packing

• Maintain cleanliness in packing area

• Follow company safety guidelines

• Meet daily packing targets

• Assist in loading/unloading if required

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th pass

• Basic reading and counting skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Physically fit (standing for long hours)

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred (not mandatory)

Skills Required:

• Attention to detail

• Teamwork

• Time management

• Basic understanding of barcode scanning (optional)
