Job Summary:
To carry out day-to-day bun packaging activities efficiently while maintaining product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack burger buns and other bakery products as per the required pack size and packaging specifications.
Check packaging materials and ensure correct labelling, batch codes, and date markings.
Inspect packed products for quality, appearance, and proper sealing.
Follow hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of the packaging workstation and equipment.
Handle packaging materials carefully and minimize wastage.
Follow instructions from the production in-charge and report any packaging or product quality issues.
Requirements:
Ability to read and follow instructions
Willingness to work in a factory environment.
Work Location: Guwahati, Assam.
