We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operation Manager who can handle multiple sites, ensure complete manpower deployment, and manage daily operations smoothly. The candidate should be capable of handling clients, supervisors, and on-site teams efficiently.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Multiple sites ka complete operation manage karna
Har site par required manpower ki timely deployment ensure karna
Client coordination aur complaint handling
Attendance, salary sheet, MIS aur reporting maintain karna
Supervisors aur guards/housekeeping staff ko manage karna
Daily field visit karke site performance monitor karna
New site onboarding aur manpower arrangement
Discipline aur company SOP follow karwana
Emergency situation me quick decision lena

📋 Requirements:

3–7 saal ka experience in Manpower / Facility / Security Services
Strong leadership & communication skills
Field work ke liye ready hona chahiye
Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS, Payroll coordination
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
