Responsibilities:
Handle overall operations across multiple manpower sites.
Coordinate daily with the office team and site supervisors.
Ensure smooth deployment and attendance of manpower at client locations.
Monitor site performance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Communicate with clients regarding manpower requirements and operational issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely support to clients.
Coordinate with HR, recruitment, payroll, and administration teams for smooth operations.
Visit client sites whenever required and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Experience in manpower, facility management, or operations handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
