Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas. ( In the absence of mavshi )
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff members and visitors as and when required.( In the absence of mavshi )
Assist in arranging meeting rooms for internal meetings, client meetings, and company events.
Handle basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Support office staff in moving files, documents, parcels, and other office materials within the office or between departments.
Deliver and collect documents, courier parcels, and office materials from banks, courier offices, vendors, or other external locations when required.
Assist in purchasing office supplies, pantry items, and other materials as instructed by the administration or HR team.
Ensure proper arrangement of office furniture, equipment, and meeting materials.
Maintain stock of pantry items, cleaning materials, and office supplies and inform the concerned person when replenishment is required.
Support the administration team in day-to-day office operations and any additional tasks assigned by management. Warehouse stock maintain, loading and unloading
Open and close the office premises as instructed and ensure lights, AC, and electrical appliances are properly switched off after office hours.
